New Heights Physiotherapy is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Office Administrator to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in Milton.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Verify and submit insurance claims when applicable
- Manage patient records while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Coordinate daily clinic operations and administrative tasks
- Assist with patient intake and registration
- Follow clinic policies, procedures, and privacy regulations
- Support healthcare practitioners with administrative needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or medical office experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and online scheduling systems
- Experience with healthcare software is considered an asset

Compensation
