The North Shore Health Network provides rural healthcare for communities along the north shore of Lake Huron – including services in Blind River, Thessalon and Richards Landing. The North Shore Health Network sites have been serving their communities faithfully for many years providing emergency, acute, complex continuing care, long term care and community support services.
THE ROLE:
The Manager of Physical and Digital Infrastructure provides leadership, coordination, and operational oversight of the North Shore Health Network’s technology systems, physical facilities, building infrastructure, and maintenance services across all sites, including Blind River, Thessalon, Richards Landing–Matthews, and affiliated facilities. As a member of the Leadership Team, the Manager ensures that digital and physical infrastructure operates safely, securely, reliably, and cost-effectively, while overseeing staff, vendor relationships, maintenance activities, capital projects, and infrastructure improvements. The role works closely with internal and external partners to support organizational priorities and ensure compliance with applicable legislation, accreditation requirements, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence frameworks, and building codes.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
· Post-secondary degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Technology, Project Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management or related field
· Minimum 5 years progressive leadership experience information technology, facilities management, or related operations
· Current and valid ‘G’ driver’s license
· Ability to travel between organizational sites
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Knowledge of Ontario Healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, fire safety regulations, electrical and building codes, and occupational health and safety legislation
· Knowledge of building automation systems, cybersecurity frameworks, and network infrastructure
· Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs, facility operations, infrastructure lifecycle management, energy conservation and environmental initiatives
· Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, communications, security, and network systems
· Strong leadership, organizational and project management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead organizational change and collaborate across departments

Pay: $116,069.00-$126,771.00 per year
