Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation according to recipes and quality standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation standards
- Assist in plating dishes for service, ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Maintain proper food handling procedures during all stages of meal preparation
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing supplies
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by performing various prep tasks as needed
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored after use
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of serving protocols and meal presentation standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
