Bartender/Server – Jess Fine
Jess Fine is looking for a friendly, efficient Bartender/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate is passionate about guest service, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food, handling POS transactions, and ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. A strong understanding of food safety, POS systems, and time management is essential. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with Micros POS are highly preferred. We have openings for both AM and PM shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Take guest orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems (e.g., Micros POS)
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, including cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with bar and dining room setup before service shifts
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Restock bar and service areas with necessary supplies (garnishes, glassware, bar tools, etc.)
- Follow all food handling and safety procedures
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively during peak hours through excellent time management
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest ages as required
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
