We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and supporting the overall store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Handle customer questions and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising setup
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and storage areas
- Support promotional activities and seasonal displays to enhance store appeal
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising, and customer service best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when needed
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude towards customers
