Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the property, preventing loss, and maintaining a secure environment for staff and visitors. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic security setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor all areas of the club/hotel premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property, including entrances, exits, parking areas, and internal facilities.
- Screen and control access points, verifying guest and staff identification as needed.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns.
- Enforce club/hotel policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Assist guests and staff with directions, information, and support as required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports and logs.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and report any issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or related field preferred.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Have a Valid security certificate and Serve it right Certificate as per local regulations (if applicable).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
