Beachcomber Hot Tubs in Collingwood is looking to expand our team in our service department. We are seeking a career minded individual with exceptional customer service skills and experience preferred but willing to train the right person. Must also be able to provide basic tools with knowledge would be an asset.
This is a full-time, year-round position and requires outdoor work in all weather conditions. Duties would include delivering & installing new Beachcomber hot tubs as well as assessing, repairing and regular maintenance of all brands of hot tubs.
Ability to lift is a requirement of this position. As an example, pumps can weigh 48 pounds.
This is a fast-paced environment and attention to detail is a must. We require professionalism in customer service, the ability to document and prepare work orders and prepare and maintain work materials and supplies. The ideal candidate will have the ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who can work independently once training is complete and become a part of our team.
The successful candidate must provide a drivers abstract and have a valid driver’s licence and transportation to and from work. We will supply a work vehicle after training period. We have two locations. This job is based out of our Collingwood location however there will be travel & work out of our Barrie location as needed.
We offer a competitive wage and will train the right applicant.
Wage will be based on experience.
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (hours may fluctuate)
Occasional Saturday work during busy season.
