Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Sales & Supply Chain Manager to lead our procurement, demand planning, and supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration across our ERP systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in supply chain management, process improvement methodologies, and advanced data analysis tools. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with company goals, including procurement, purchasing, and demand planning.
- Oversee procurement activities utilizing SAP ERP and SAP systems to ensure timely acquisition of materials and services.
- Manage supplier relationships to optimize quality, cost, and delivery performance through effective negotiation and collaboration.
- Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to analyze supply chain metrics, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
- Implement process improvement initiatives based on lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies like MRP and ERP systems integration.
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts using SQL-based data analysis.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize MRP systems to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Lead cross-functional teams in process optimization projects aimed at enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies related to procurement and supply chain operations.
Skills
- Proficiency in SAP ERP, SAP systems, and other ERP platforms for procurement and inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Power BI, Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
- Expertise in supply chain management principles including demand planning, procurement, purchasing, and MRP systems.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and process improvement strategies such as continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on process optimization and operational excellence.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $70,000.00-$111,000.00 per year
