About Us
West Carpentry is a growing construction company specializing in framing custom homes, light commercial projects. We are looking for experienced framers.
Positions Available Framer ($30–$45/hr)
- Framing custom homes and multi-unit residential projects
- Window and door installation
Trim Carpenter ($30–$45/hr)
- Trim carpentry for an upcoming 260-unit condo project
- Interior finishing for custom homes and multi-unit builds
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1+ Years on a production framing crew is a must
- Skills:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong record keeping (notes, materials, daily progress)
- Good communication and teamwork
- Safe work practices and reliability are a must
Pay & Benefits
- Framers & Trim Carpenters: $30 – $45/hr (based on skill, experience, productivity, and communication)
