Dynasty Auto Selection is a growing automotive dealership committed to providing quality pre-owned vehicles and exceptional customer service. We are looking for motivated, energetic, and goal-driven Automotive Sales Representatives to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Generate new leads through walk-ins, online inquiries, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Explain financing, warranty, and protection options.
- Negotiate deals professionally while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information.
- Work closely with the finance and administration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn high income.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.
- OMVIC Salesperson Registration is an asset (or willingness to obtain).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, email, and mobile applications.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.
