BGC Kawarthas is seeking a passionate and motivated Peer Support Youth Worker to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of engaging youth programs and services during after-school and evening hours, helping young people build confidence, resilience, and life skills in a safe and welcoming environment.
As a Peer Support Youth Worker, you will serve as a positive role model and mentor, supporting youth in accessing resources, developing meaningful relationships, and reaching their full potential. You will plan and facilitate activities that promote well-being, personal growth, and skill development while fostering an inclusive and supportive program environment.
