Job Description
Our client is seeking an AI Coordinator to accelerate enterprise adoption of AI tools and ensure they are used effectively, safely, and consistently across the organization. In this role, you will act as a trusted internal resource—partnering with teams to embed AI into everyday workflows, building practical learning resources, and strengthening the organization’s AI readiness through governance support, quality checks, and knowledge management.
You’ll help translate emerging AI capabilities (especially LLM-based tools) into real business value—improving productivity, improving the speed and quality of content and analysis, and enabling more efficient operations—while upholding data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive AI adoption & enablement
- Coordinate AI implementation activities by tracking milestones, documenting outcomes, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Identify workflow pain points and translate them into AI-enabled use cases that teams can adopt quickly.
- Train and support employees
- Deliver hands-on training sessions and ongoing office-hours/support for practical, responsible use of AI tools.
- Provide guidance on effective prompting, workflow setup, and use-case execution for non-technical and technical users alike.
- Build and maintain AI knowledge assets
- Maintain and organize AI-related datasets, references, and enablement materials to improve consistency and effectiveness.
- Develop and manage a centralized repository of AI use cases, prompt patterns, best practices, evaluation criteria, and internal documentation.
- Create practical “how-to” content including playbooks, guides, templates, and reference materials.
- Strengthen responsible AI governance
- Support governance initiatives by helping teams follow standards for privacy, security, data handling, and compliance.
- Assist with review of AI-generated outputs to ensure quality, tone, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Help monitor adoption trends and flag recurring risks, misuse patterns, or improvement opportunities.
- Operationalize AI improvements
- Collect feedback from teams to refine training, update documentation, and evolve recommended workflows.
- Share adoption wins and lessons learned through newsletters, internal updates, and success-story communications.
- Participate in internal AI working groups and contribute to continuous improvement of AI practices and capabilities.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
Required Qualifications (Other)
- Strong working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and real-world AI behavior in business contexts.
- Experience enabling AI use within teams (e.g., workflow support, content enablement, documentation, dataset/knowledge management, or AI adoption coordination).
- Proven ability to educate and coach—turning complex AI concepts into clear, practical guidance for business users.
- Excellent written communication skills, including experience creating guides, playbooks, SOPs, and internal enablement content.
- Familiarity with responsible AI principles, including privacy, security, governance, data protection, and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused, collaborative mindset.
- Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning around new AI capabilities and industry developments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise AI adoption strategies or internal AI governance efforts.
- Familiarity with prompt libraries, knowledge bases, AI evaluation methods, or model/output quality assessment.
- Experience with workflow automation, content operations, document management, information retrieval, or productivity platforms.
Pay: $93,000.00-$107,000.00 per year
