- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of various beauty products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services that meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in nail care, body waxing, threading, and facials.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and knowledgeably.
- A valid cosmetology license or certification is mandatory based on local regulations.
- A passion for beauty trends and a desire to continuously learn new techniques.
- Canadian Permanent Resident or Citizen Preferred.
