We’re expanding our face-to-face marketing presence and are looking for enthusiastic, goal-driven individuals to join our in-field sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, thrives in a results-driven environment, and is looking to kickstart or advance a career in the financial services industry.
What You’ll Do:
Door-to-Door Outreach (10 hours/week):
Engage homeowners in targeted neighborhoods through structured door-to-door canvassing to introduce Pegasus Lending’s mortgage services and generate quality leads.
Office Collaboration & Training (5 hours/week):
Spend time in our office each day preparing outreach materials, reporting leads, participating in daily team huddles, and receiving ongoing sales and product training.
Lead Qualification & Relationship Building:
Develop rapport with homeowners, identify needs, and qualify prospects for follow-up by our licensed mortgage advisors.
Follow-Up & Commission Opportunities:
Partner with our processing team to support each client’s mortgage journey and earn commission on each lead that successfully converts to a closed deal.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations and presenting services face-to-face
- Highly motivated, reliable, and punctual
- Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly lead targets
- Access to reliable transportation
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset
- Mortgage Agent License (FSRA) is an asset but not required
