Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology sales, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers effectively
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain merchandising standards on the sales floor to ensure attractive displays and organized shelves
- Provide knowledgeable advice on product specifications, technical details, and usage tips
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and organizing merchandise
- Ensure adherence to store policies regarding cashiering, returns, and exchanges
- Support team members in achieving sales goals through effective communication and collaboration
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with technology products or technical sales is advantageous
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (e.g., English plus Spanish or other languages) are highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS operations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.85-$50.00 per hour
