Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of dental hygiene practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the dental software system.
- Assist the dentist during procedures, providing support and ensuring patient comfort.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Manage patient records and appointments using Abeldent
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional customer service and patient care.
Skills
- Knowledge of orthodontics and pediatrics is advantageous for specialized patient care.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all patients.
- Previous experience in a dental office setting preferred.
- Proficiency in using Abeldent practice management software.
