Job Description: Are you an outdoors enthusiast with a love for nature's beauty, combined with a knack for keeping spaces clear and safe during winter? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our team as a Landscaping and Snow Removal Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Landscaping:
Design and maintain beautiful outdoor landscapes, including planting, pruning, and maintaining lawns.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
Collaborate with the team to execute landscaping projects efficiently and to client specifications.
Snow Removal:
Monitor weather forecasts and be on call for snow removal during winter months.
Operate snowblowers, leaf blowers, and other equipment to clear driveways, walkways.
Ensure safety by applying ice melt and sand as needed.
Provide timely and efficient snow removal services to residential and commercial clients.
Requirements:
Previous experience in landscaping and/or snow removal preferred but not required.
Ability to operate landscaping and snow removal equipment.
Physical fitness and stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Can work 8-10 hours a day, 5–6 days a week.
Have a working cellphone & can leave it alone for 2-3 hours at a time while working.
Can play by our rules and company culture.
Understand the importance of keeping clients happy.
