Rosso Pasta Bar is bringing authentic fresh pasta, made daily, to The Well in downtown Toronto. We're looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable team members who love hospitality and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of Rosso. From welcoming guests and recommending menu favourites to preparing espresso drinks, serving gelato, and ensuring every order is accurate, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience every day.

Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Take customer orders accurately using our POS system
- Explain the menu and confidently recommend pasta dishes, desserts, beverages, and add-ons
- Prepare espresso-based coffee drinks and other specialty beverages
- Scoop and serve gelato while maintaining presentation standards
- Assemble and package dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked front counter
- Restock beverages, packaging, and front-of-house supplies
- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure quick and accurate service
- Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions responsibly
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, café, retail, or customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Barista experience is an asset—we will train the right candidate
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
