Progressive Chiropractic are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team.
We are a single-location, Chiropractor-owned clinic that prides itself on having ethical business practices and providing a respectful, supportive and motivating environment for everyone on our team.

The opportunity to work closely with a supportive Physiotherapist and Chiropractic team, administrative support, laundry facilities, supplies, linens and bed provided. Separate Massage treatment room, established Client base with a steady stream of new patients and recurring visits from existing client base
This position is suitable for both new grads and experienced therapists. Our team strongly advocates for the use of Massage Therapy in our treatment plans. The hourly wage above is based on up to 60/40 percentage split, based on experience. Excellent competitive compensation on split percentage up to 75% (based on experience) for the therapist.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients before, during, and after treatments.
- Keep detailed records of client treatments and progress in accordance with privacy regulations.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up sessions or wellness practices.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout all procedures.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Experience
- Prior experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not required; we welcome new graduates with proper certification.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary for effectively discussing treatment options and addressing client concerns.
- The applicants must be registered and in good standing with the CMTO. Completion of 2200 hours. Experience in a clinical rehab setting is considered an asset but not a requirement.
