JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Sodding and restoration
- Drive to various sites
- Heavy lifting, must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance
- Required to work outside in all kinds of weather
- Driving, cleaning and preparing a job site, loading and delivering materials, and using a variety of landscaping tools
- Set up markers, cones and barricades and may flag vehicles to control the flow of traffic
- Moves soil, equipment, and materials, digs holes, and performs related duties to assist
- Ability to use pick and shovel
- Hauling or spreading topsoil using wheelbarrow and rake
- Watering lawns, trees, and plants
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more as needed
- Must be able to stand on concrete for long periods of time
- Ability to climb or crawl on equipment often and be able to get under equipment to work on it if required
- must wear long pants, gloves, steel toe boots, hard hat, no track pants or shorts.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Exposure to heat, cold, rain and dust on a regular basis
- Potentially long hours
- Physically demanding
- Noisy environment as well as loud instructions

- All Hired applicants will be required to Join LIUNA Local 183. Fees are $800.00 paid directly to the Union along with $41.00 for first month of dues. Each additional month, Donscape will deduct $41.00 to send directly to the Union.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $22.50 to $27.50+ per hour
