Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Internet Lead and Vehicle Inventory Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Your role will focus on follow up and conversion of internet leads through our buy center with the primary focus of purchasing Vehicles for our lot.
- Diligently follow up with leads until contact is made and achieve target conversion rates
- Appraise vehicles both remotely and in house
- Arrange for inspection, purchase, and transport of inventory to the store and to auction
- Stay up to date on industry trends and source fast selling, profitable inventory
- Manage wholesale process as needed.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and inventory acquisition metrics for management review.
Requirements
- MUST have a strong background in automotive sales with a strong track record as a Sales Consultant or Manager level
- Strong understanding of used vehicle reconditioning valuation, and certification requirements
- Persistent, creative, and personable
- Familiarity with appraisal tools such as Vauto and various online auctions
- Computer savvy
- Detail oriented
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and present findings clearly.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to staying current on market trends and spotting oportunities. This role is integral to expanding our online reach and optimizing our inventory acquisition processes through innovative digital marketing strategies. Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
