Summary
We are seeking a proactive Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Canada. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base and strengthening our market presence while embodying our values of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote products and brand awareness.
- Provide excellent customer service and support post-sale.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are an asset but not required.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Low Mainland.

Pay: $36,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
