One of our client is currently hiring a Retail Sales & Delivery Associate. This position combines customer service, retail sales, and product deliveries.
Job Title: Retail Sales & Delivery Associate
Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 25 hours per week)
Location: Halton Hills
Salary: $21 – $22 per hour
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders safely and efficiently while following company procedures.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries and in-store.
- Process customer purchases using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with cannabis regulations.
- Assist customers with product information and recommendations.
- Restock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, and support inventory management.
- Follow all company safety, security, and compliance policies.
- Cross-train and assist with retail store operations as required.
Requirements
- Full G Driver's License (Ontario).
- Clean Driver's Abstract.
- Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance Policy.
- Criminal Record Check.
- Cannabis Training Canada Certificate.
- Reliable personal vehicle for deliveries.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-Time (Up to 25 hours per week).
- Delivery operations between 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM, seven days a week.
- Structured shifts with cross-training in retail operations.
Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
Experience:
- Delivery driver: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Cannabis Training Canada Certificate (required)
