Job Description:
Well-capitalized startup seeks extremely talented Senior Growth Data Analyst to help the company make better decisions, reduce wasted spend, identify profitable customer segments, measure retention, and build the data foundation for scalable Tile Ecommerce growth.
You must have experience analyzing customer behavior, marketing performance, revenue, conversion, retention, churn, CAC, CLTV, cohort behavior, and ecommerce funnel metrics. You must be able to turn raw data into clear decisions.
Top-notch dashboarding, segmentation, reporting, customer analysis, and business judgment are essential. Experience with ecommerce, Shopify, Google Analytics, Looker Studio (Data Studio), Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM systems, SQL, Excel, or BI tools is strongly preferred.

Mission for Data Analyst:
Identify what drives retention, profit, CAC payback, WOM, referrals, organic growth, and repeat purchasing by building the reporting and insights system required to scale each growth team to $6M in revenue at a 40% gross margin.
What You’ll Do
- Track customer journey, customer type, orders, profit, churn risk, and acquisition source.
- Identify the highest-potential niche markets and customer segments.
- Measure conversion, retention, CLTV, CAC payback, churn, CSAT, WOM, and profit.
- Build dashboards for paid revenue, organic revenue, referral revenue, repeat revenue, and customer behavior.
- Support growth experiments with tracking, cohort analysis, and performance reporting.
- Identify which customer actions predict repeat purchase and long-term value.
- Recommend which growth loops deserve more budget, people, and product support.
What You Need to Bring:
- Strong analytical ability and business judgment.
- Experience with ecommerce metrics, customer segmentation, dashboards, and cohort analysis.
- Ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
- Strong understanding of CAC, CLTV, churn, payback, ROAS, profit, and retention.
- Comfort working with marketing, product, engineering, and sales teams.
- High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and bias toward useful decision-making.
- 5-7+ year of data analytics, growth analytics, ecommerce analytics, marketing analytics, or business intelligence.
