Meaningful, specialized work. Neuro Rehab Services (NRS) specializes in rehabilitation for clients who have sustained a traumatic brain injury, most through motor vehicle accidents. This is complex, rewarding clinical work where your assessments and treatment genuinely change the trajectory of someone's recovery.

Support and mentorship, not sink-or-swim. Management provides hands-on training and support, and you'll work alongside an experienced rehab team. If you're an OT looking to build or deepen your MVA/TBI practice, you won't be figuring it out alone.
Hybrid and genuinely flexible. A significant portion of this work is delivered remotely, with community-based visits in your region. Positions are available in various locations across Ontario — work close to home, and control your own schedule. Build your week around your life, not the other way around.
What you'll do
- Assess and provide occupational therapy treatment for clients recovering from traumatic brain injury following a motor vehicle accident
- Deliver care through a hybrid of virtual and community-based visits
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team and industry stakeholders (insurers, case managers, legal representatives)
- Shape and grow your own caseload over time
What you bring
- Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)— required
- Experience with MVA clients and established stakeholder relationships is a strong asset — but if you're an OT eager to build in this area, training and mentorship are provided
- A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for community visits
- Strong clinical judgment, warmth, and self-direction
