Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Operate POS systems efficiently for cash handling, credit card processing, and returns
- Manage sales transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service
- Conduct product demos and explain features to customers to facilitate sales
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stock levels
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product placement
- Support team members with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and phone etiquette
