Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Painter to join our team, bringing expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial painting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client specifications. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, time management, and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools and power tools with precision
- Manage project timelines effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members to understand project requirements and provide updates
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to all safety protocols throughout each projectQualifications
- Proven experience in construction painting, residential painting, commercial painting, or industrial painting environments
- Skilled in using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, and caulking guns; proficiency with power tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
