Job Summary
We are seeking an Automotive Technician to join our Integra Tire team. The ideal candidate will have completed at least their second year of the Automotive Foundation Program. 3rd year preferred. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Candidates with alignment experience, mechanic expertise, and able to troubleshoot are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues using diagnostic equipment
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, and fluid replacements
- Install and service suspension level and lift kits
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs on vehicles
- Read and interpret technical and install manuals
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs needed and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 2nd or 3rd year apprentice with a willingness to learn preferred
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic background preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge across automotive systems
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic tools
- Knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong communication skills focused on customer service excellence
- Willingness to work in a team environment
