Responsibilities:
- Framing
- Millwork
-Flooring
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites
- Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks
Requirements:
- Your own power tools
- Minimum 3 years of experience in rough and finish carpentry
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
- Demonstrated expertise in the safe use of power and hand tools.
- Eligible to operate a motorized vehicle with a valid driver's license
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including heavy lifting
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems is a plus
- Experience laying floor and wall tile is a bonus
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well individually or in a team environment
