Has proven Condo Management experience
Excels at communication and relationship-building
Thrives under pressure and multitasking
Knows how to lead boards, manage vendors, and resolve conflicts
Understands finance, budgets, and insurance inside-out
Masters Microsoft Word & Excel

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to leader for everything from daily operations (maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, vendor management) to the big-picture responsibilities (budgets, claims, capital projects, board meetings, compliance). No two days will be the same – and that’s what makes it exciting!
