Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in facilities/ operations management within complex environments, including minimum 3-4 years of leadership experience overseeing facilities related operational contracts.
- Familiarity with CMMS and BAS systems, as well as design and construction methods.
- Well-developed skills in strategic planning, budgeting and resources allocation.
- Experience in project management (managing cost, scope, schedule, quality, risk, etc.)
- Experience with procurement and contract management, including public sector procurement.
- Experience and familiarity in healthcare facilities, knowledge of hospital operations, and awareness of patient and staff safety requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated computer skills (MS Office suite, scheduling software, energy management software).

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary is competitive and based on experience, with a hiring range of $93,822.73 – $117,278.41 per year.
• Employees in this role may progress within the full pay range of $93,822.73 – $140,734.09 per year
