This is a joint job posting for, Market Mall Physio & Chiro and Interactive Health, part of the Lifemark Health Group. Market Mall Physio & Chiro AND Interactive Health are both looking to fill Part-Time positions with flexibility, there is potential to these becoming Full-Time positions.We are looking for enthusiastic Patient Experience Coordinators to join our growing teams.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the day-to-day operations of busy multidisciplinary healthcare clinics.

Our clinics provide comprehensive rehabilitation and wellness services, including physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, exercise rehabilitation, and other evidence-based treatments. What You'll Do
As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will:
- Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression.
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
- Process payments, invoices, and insurance documentation.
- Perform accounts receivable follow-ups with patients and insurance companies.
- Maintain accurate patient records while protecting confidentiality.
- Coordinate with healthcare practitioners to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support clinic administration and general office organization.
- Help create a positive and caring experience for every patient.

Preferred Qualifications
The following are considered assets but are not required:
- Experience in customer service, reception, administration, hospitality, or retail
- Experience working in a healthcare or allied health setting
- Administrative or office experience
- Familiarity with JANE scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and Outlook email.
No bachelor's degree is required. We value attitude, professionalism, a willingness to learn and communicate, as much as previous experience.
