Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality men's haircuts, fades, tapers, beard trims, and hot towel shaves.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times.
- Stay up to date with current haircut and grooming trends.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive shop atmosphere.
- Recommend grooming products when appropriate.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barber or men's hairstylist.
- Strong skills in fades, scissor cuts, beard grooming, and modern men's hairstyles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
