What You'll Do
As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting both retail and service customers with their parts needs while helping maintain an organized and efficient parts department.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing automotive parts and accessories
- Providing accurate pricing and availability information
- Processing parts orders, returns, and warranty claims
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and organization
- Receiving and stocking incoming shipments
- Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with inventory control
- Working closely with the Service Department to ensure technicians have the parts they need
- Answering phone, email, and in-person inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Supporting other dealership departments as needed
What We're Looking For

- Ability to lift and move parts and inventory when required
- Valid driver's license
- Previous automotive, retail, warehouse, or parts experience is considered an asset but is not required
