Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and develop engineering solutions that align with project specifications and organizational objectives.
- Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of systems or products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, R&D, and quality assurance to optimize processes and product performance.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal use and client communication.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines throughout all phases of projects.
- Provide technical support during product development cycles and assist in resolving complex engineering challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or relevant field); advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience in engineering design, analysis, or project management within a related industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency with engineering software such as CAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills for technical reporting and team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations relevant to the specific engineering discipline.
- Nice-to-have skills include experience with automation systems, project management certifications, or familiarity with sustainable design practices.
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
