Job Summary
We are a patient-focused, team-oriented dental practice committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to lead our administrative and clinical team and support the continued growth of our practice.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily clinic operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient record management
- Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
- Manage electronic medical records systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of patient information
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, OSHA standards, and privacy laws
- Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control to optimize clinic resources
- Payroll
- Support clinical staff by facilitating communication between providers and administrative personnel
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow efficiency
- Handle patient inquiries, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure exceptional customer service
- Use of practice management software for appointment scheduling, billing, and reporting
- Coordinate with external vendors for supplies and equipment maintenance
Experience
- Proven experience in a dental or medical office setting with a strong understanding of dental practice operations
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience within a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology and healthcare regulations
- Experience with human resources functions including hiring and staff development
- Background in budgeting, financial management, or administrative leadership within a healthcare setting is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $29.00-$35.00 per hour
