Prep Cleaner
Elliot Lake Retirement Living (ELRL) is the leading provider of rental housing to retired and non-retired individuals in the province. ELRL owns a total of 1,375 residential units in the City of Elliot Lake.
We are looking for a part-time Cleaner, the successful candidate must possess the following:
- Great time management skills
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Produce quality work and on-time delivery of properties
- Must have driver's license and own reliable transportation
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
- Clean inside and out of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, blinds/draperies, and upholstered furniture
- Pre-clean units, including removal of mactac or wallpaper
- Pick up debris and dispose of same
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, wash floors
- Clean and disinfect kitchens and bathrooms
- Thoroughly clean inside and out of appliance: fridge, stove, range hood
- Load and unload all cleaning supplies from vehicle to each unit
