About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Marketplace Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our online marketplace channels, including Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart 1P and 3P, and other platforms.
You’ll work alongside an operations team member who manages fulfillment and POs, and you’ll have a marketing team available for creative assets, promotions, and product launches.
What You’ll Do
Listing & Content:
- Update and maintain product listings across marketplace channels, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images
- Flag and help resolve listing issues such as suppressed content, missing attributes, or policy warnings
- Assist with uploading new products and keeping catalog information accurate and up to date
Operations & Reporting:
- Pull regular performance reports and compile data for internal review
- Monitor channel dashboards for anomalies in sales, traffic, or buy box performance and flag issues
- Help track promotional activity, coupon performance, and deal scheduling
- Communicate with marketplace support when issues arise, such as chargebacks or listing errors
Coordination & Admin:
- Maintain organized records and documentation for channel activity
- Coordinate internally to make sure assets, copy, and product info are ready for launches and campaigns
- Support the team with research tasks such as competitor listings, keyword lookups, or pricing checks
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, or Walmart marketplace
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and pulling basic reports
- Strong attention to detail — you catch errors others miss
- Good written communication skills
- Self-starter who can manage tasks and follow through without constant check-ins
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is a nice-to-have, not a requirement
