What It Takes to Succeed at LAING
- Journeyman certification or equivalent field experience
- Experience in Architectural Sheet Metal, commercial roofing, cladding, building envelope, or related construction industries
- Strong technical knowledge and installation skills
- Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship

- Ability to read drawings and follow specifications
