Responsabilités / Responsibilities
- Accueillir les clients et offrir un excellent service à la clientèle.
- Effectuer les transactions rapidement et avec précision.
- Traiter les retours, échanges et paiements divers.
- Maintenir un comptoir propre et bien organisé.
- Répondre aux questions et diriger les clients vers les bons départements.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe du plancher et du service à la clientèle.
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and payments.
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
- Answer questions and direct customers to the right departments.
- Work collaboratively with the floor and customer service teams.
Profil recherché / Candidate Profile
- Attitude positive, polie et orientée service.
- Excellentes habiletés en communication et entregent.
- Fiable, ponctuelle et capable de travailler sous pression.
- Disponible pour travailler jours, soirs et fins de semaine.
- Expérience en service à la clientèle ou à la caisse (un atout important).
- Positive and service-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to handle busy periods.
- Available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
- Customer service or cashier experience is a strong asset.
