Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time or Full-Time Pharmacist to join our team in Canada. We are seeking a reliable, professional, and patient-focused Part-Time or Full-Time Pharmacist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and accurate prescription dispensing
- Counsel patients on medications and health concerns
- Perform medication reviews and other clinical services
- Administer injections and vaccinations where authorized
- Support daily pharmacy workflow and pharmacy staff
- Maintain compliance with OCP standards and pharmacy policies
- Provide respectful, confidential, and compassionate patient care
- Assist with methadone and opioid agonist treatment services
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with methadone, Suboxone, Sublocade, or other OAT services is strongly preferred
- Fillware experience is an asset
