Reporting to the Survey Lead, you will be part of the Engineering department and collaborate with other departments of the mine. You will prioritize and execute most of the mine production tasks. You must work independently and, in a team, and show autonomy to help clients identify the next steps for production and ensure adequate service quality. You must be able to recognize, analyze, and adapt to differences between design and field realities and communicate specifics to the clients involved. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved, while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s culture, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.

Execute daily tasks for the survey team based on tasks priorities of the production including but not limited to grade shots, water elevations surveys, drill pattern stakeout, clean-up requirements, field limits, drone aerial surveys, etc.;

Ensure survey quality of every field survey job and regular update of all the surface earthwork performed (Ore & Waste stockpiles, roads, piping, electrical cables, etc.) including management of excavation permits;

Schedule: 14 days of work, followed by 14 days for transportation and rest; flights departing from all communities in the Kivalliq region, Mirabel or Val-d’Or, Quebec.
