Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial construction projects. This is a boots-on-the-ground role for someone who leads by example, is comfortable working independently and with others, and has a strong understanding of construction processes from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Coordinate with other subcontractors, trades, and suppliers as needed
- Monitor quality control and ensure work meets company standards and project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and address issues as they arise.
- Maintain safe and organized job sites.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and project updates to management and clients.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar construction leadership role.
- Hands-on construction experience with strong knowledge of tools, materials, and building practices.
- Carpentry experience is a strong asset.
- Finishing experience with an eye for detail and high quality workmanship.
- Strong understanding of both residential and commercial construction.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and with a clean driving history.

Pay: $33.00-$38.00 per hour
