We are currently hiring on behalf of our client for an Entry-Level CNC Machine Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team where you'll receive hands-on experience and build your career in CNC machining. We are looking for dependable individuals with basic CNC or manufacturing experience, good computer skills, and the ability to confidently operate CNC machine control screens.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines according to work instructions and production schedules.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely.
- Monitor machine operations and notify the supervisor of any issues or abnormalities.
- Perform basic machine setup and make minor adjustments as instructed.
- Read and follow production orders, work instructions, and basic technical drawings.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality.
- Use basic measuring tools such as rulers, calipers, or gauges to verify part dimensions.
- Record production information accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company safety procedures.
- Meet daily production and quality targets.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or CNC machine operation environment.
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery is considered an asset.
- Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is preferred.

- Basic computer skills with the ability to operate CNC machine control screens.
