We're looking for an energetic BDR to help grow our sales pipeline by engaging both inbound and outbound prospects.
Position Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities for the Field Eagle sales team.
This role combines outbound prospecting with inbound lead management. You'll identify potential customers, engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and schedule product demonstrations with our Managing Director.

Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting
- Research companies that fit our ideal customer profile
- Identify decision-makers within target organizations
- Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective customers
- Execute email outreach campaigns
- Connect with prospects through LinkedIn
- Build and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline
- Follow up consistently until opportunities are qualified or closed
Inbound Lead Management
- Respond promptly to website inquiries
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads
- Contact trade show and event leads
- Qualify inbound opportunities
- Schedule product demonstrations
- Continue nurturing prospects not yet ready to purchase

CRM Management
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Record all communications
- Schedule follow-up activities

- Prepare background information before demos
- Follow up after demonstrations
- Help move opportunities through the sales process
