Solution Services is looking for an individual who is the first line of contact with all our clients and employees for our Sexsmith location.
As first line of contact you will be personably and promote the Solution Services culture to all our valued clients and employees on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Take client calls
- Dispatch trucks and crews
- Create turnaround rosters
- Create and update workers schedules
- Build, correct and approve tickets
- Create PO's for job related expenses
- Approve crew time off requests
- Ensure all required equipment, chemical tools, ect are packed and ready to go for each job
- Approve all shop time requests and approve shop time payroll
Additional qualities required:
- Valid Standard First Aid, H2S Alive
- Ability to organize multiple tasks and people at one time
- Professional, motivated, adaptive.
- Excellent communication skills – English fluency both written and verbal
- Personable, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Ability to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability and consistent attendance are imperative to this position.
