Open Door Group (ODG), a mission-driven non-profit organization serving communities across Alberta and British Columbia, is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator who enjoys creating organized systems, coordinating people and information, and helping teams deliver exceptional service to clients and employers.
This is an opportunity to play a central role in supporting high-quality employment services by coordinating administrative processes, maintaining valuable workforce information, supporting employer engagement activities, and ensuring staff have the resources they need to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Salary: $50,201 to $58,580 annually. Individual pay is determined by skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
Status: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours of Work: 36 Hours per week. This role follows a regular Monday to Friday schedule.
Location: The primary work location is the Open Door Group office at 640 - 3rd ST S.E., Medicine Hat.
About the Role
The Service Delivery Coordinator provides coordinated administrative, research, reporting, and service navigation support that helps employers, clients, and staff experience responsive, well-organized services.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this role works closely with Employer Services Consultants and other service delivery staff to coordinate appointments, workshops, employer events, reporting, labour market information, and service documentation. The position also plays an important role in maintaining accurate data, developing employer resources, supporting recruitment initiatives, and ensuring teams have timely access to current information and tools.

What you'll do

Coordinate appointments, workshops, meetings, Communities of Practice, mentorship activities, and employer events.

Prepare presentations, resource packages, agendas, workshop materials, attendance records, evaluations, and follow-up communications.

Maintain accurate service records, reporting, databases, and activity tracking systems.

Support contract reporting by tracking milestones, deliverables, and performance measures.

Research labour market information, community resources, funding opportunities, and workforce development initiatives.

Maintain employer resource inventories, digital libraries, dashboards, newsletters, and workforce information.

Support Employer Consultants by preparing and quality-checking recruitment materials and job postings.

Coordinate logistics for employer events, job fairs, workshops, and promotional activities.

Produce reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, dashboards, and administrative documentation that support effective service delivery.

Required Qualifications

Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, Administrative Professional, Accounting Clerk, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.

Minimum two (2) years of related experience supporting programs, projects, administration, customer service, or workforce development initiatives.

Experience supporting programs, digital administration, reporting, or data tracking is considered an asset.

Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) training or willingness to obtain it after hire.

Ability to prepare professional reports, newsletters, presentations, dashboards, and employer resources.
