The Hook
Are you a project manager who cares more about delivering a flawless architectural masterpiece than just churning out cookie-cutter builds? What the Role Is
This is not standard project management. Our work revolves around high-end, bespoke timber frame solutions. You will take ownership of our premium projects from the initial planning stages through to final delivery and installation, ensuring our uncompromising standards of structural art are met.
What You’ll Do:
- Direct the complete lifecycle of our prefabrication projects, including detailed scheduling, execution, monitoring, and final closeout.
- Collaborate intimately with our shop floor leads, detailing specialists, CNC operators, and traditional hand crafters to ensure a flawless transition from design to production.
- Build and maintain comprehensive project schedules in partnership with luxury clients, architects, and general contractors to ensure every milestone is achieved on time.
- Oversee project financial health by tracking budgets, manufacturing costs, procurement expenses, and overall project margins to ensure target profitability.
- Manage the procurement and submittal processes for specialized project materials, including hardware, steel integration components, and timber fiber.
- Act as a proactive problem solver, providing alternative design or construction solutions when technical challenges arise to keep projects moving forward seamlessly.
What We Are Looking For:
- A Passion for Precision: Minimum of three (3) years of relevant industry experience, ideally within bespoke timber framing, high-end residential custom homes, or mass timber.
- A Strategic Mind: A degree or post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), with a demonstrated ability to hit strict scope, budget, and timeline targets.
- Eagerness to Lead: Excellent leadership, contract negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive drive to keep complex projects moving forward seamlessly.
- A Team Mindset: Someone who thrives in a diverse, collaborative, and multicultural environment where clear communication between the office and the shop floor is respected.
