Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parts Technician to join our team. This role is essential in managing inventory, sourcing parts, and supporting our over the counter and service operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealership environments, strong organizational and mechanical knowledge. Opportunities to start your apprenticeship if you are not experienced is also available. The Parts Technician will ensure the timely availability of parts, maintain accurate data entry, and support efficient workflow across departments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in automotive, mechanics, or parts to contribute to a dynamic team.
Duties
- Manage and maintain inventory levels using dealership software to ensure optimal stock availability
- Source and procure parts.
- Enter data accurately into procurement and inventory management systems for tracking and reporting purposes
- Assist with purchasing activities, including order placement and follow-up on deliveries
- Support customer service by providing technical assistance and timely parts availability for service requests
- Operate forklifts safely when handling heavy or bulky pallets of parts from delivery trucks etc.
- Maintain organized storage areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards and cleanliness
- Support manufacturing processes by providing mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and part identification

Pay: $15.00-$40.48 per hour
