ROLE DESCRIPTION
Flexology is seeking an experienced Registered Physiotherapist with a minimum of 2–5 years of clinical experience. The successful candidate will provide evidence informed assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation services for orthopedic, musculoskeletal, sports injury, chronic pain, WCB, and MVA patients.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and functional evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Deliver manual therapy and exercise based interventions
- Prescribe rehabilitation exercises and home programs
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
- Educate patients regarding injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and recovery
- Complete accurate and timely charting and documentation
- Support clinic growth through networking and community outreach
- Maintain professional standards and regulatory compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
- Strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Strong organizational and time management skills
